Pyramid Workout

Fancy a change to your workout, try this pyramid workout.  It's a good all round cardio and resistance workout. It's tough but psychologically feels like it's getting easier as the number of reps reduce as you get towards the end!  The last 2 rounds are amazing!! 

 

Equipment needed: KB, step/stair, bench/chair, Dumbells (for lateral raises

Difficulty level: 4/5

 

Always warm up and cool down effectively 

 

 

 

If want to make it EASIER:

  • Decrease the weight

  • Increase the rest

  • Miss out the odd or even numbers

  • Start the pyramid from less than 10

 

If want to make it HARDER:

  • Increase the weight

  • Reduce the rest
