APPROPRIATENESS OF HEALTH AND FITNESS TO COMMENCE AND COMPLETE ANY SUGGESTED NUTRITION ADVICE, ACTIVITY OR CHALLENGES
Any nutrition advice, suggested activity or challenges in our programmes, website, blog and social media posts require you to exert yourself, potentially greater that you are currently used to. You must therefore have an appropriate base level of fitness prior to commencing. Regardless of your fitness ability we recommend that you seek medical advice before commencing any of the nutrition advice, suggested activity or challenges.
We recommend that you are aware and familiar of any running routes that you chose to train, in particular, you should know any hazards and dangers. As you exert yourself your body and concentration is likely to fatigue and therefore take extra care of our surrounds during the more demanding sections.
The following self-pre-exercise medical screening should be completed by yourself. If you answer yes to any of the following questions the programme provided may not be suitable for you. Please seek medical advice specifying the questions you answered yes for.

9.Have you had a recent operation/chronic illness/injury?
10.Are you pregnant / post-natal?
11.Do you know of any other reason why you should not do physical activity?

14.Do you have a back problem that could be made worse by a change in your physical activity?

By agreeing to these terms and conditions you are agreeing to the following statements:
I will review the programme and ensure that my state of health and physical condition is such as not to involve any risk to myself and I have an appropriate level of fitness (used to taking regular exercise) to commence and complete the programme.
I am aware of and understand the potential risks associated with physical exercise and I am voluntarily partaking in these activities with knowledge thereof.
I have sought medical advice and confirm I am fit to proceed with the programme.
I am aware and understand that my body and concentration will fatigue during exercise and have ensured I am aware of the routes to run and risk assessed the route for hazards and dangers.
I have completed the self pre-exercise medical screening question to the best of my knowledge and belief and confirm that there is no reason why I cannot commence the programme.
I understand that if there is a change in my condition at all, I must stop following the programme immediately.
Without prejudice to the above, 5k2PB accepts no liability for loss, damage or injury of whatsoever nature and howsoever arising caused to me or suffered by me whilst following the 5k2pb programme, UNLESS such loss or liability is caused by a negligent act of 5k2PB.

2. use of or reliance on any content displayed on our site or any documents or materials provided.
We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a virus, distributed denial-of-service attack, or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of our site or to your downloading of any content on it, or on any website linked to it. The group is designed to provide accountability and support. We expect you to also contribute and provide both to other members, although it is not mandatory to contribute. Within the group you must conduct yourself in well-mannered fashion at all times. We may revoke your access to the group immediately should you harass, threaten or abuse 5k2PB (including their staff) or other members of the group. If your access is revoked no refunds will be provided.
There will be no refunds provided unless specifically confirmed for an offer.

To qualify for the guarantee, this requires you, the purchaser, to ensure that all instructions have been carried out, evidence including GPS tracking and MyFitnessPal maybe requested. If you do not lose 5lbs of weight in the 8 weeks, 5k2PB will continue to work with you free of charge for a further 8 weeks. If you lose 5lbs any way through the 8 weeks the guarantee will not apply.
Worked example if you after 3 weeks of the programme you have lose 5lbs, but by the end of the 8 weeks you have re-gained this weight then the guarantee will not apply.
